Laura the Pilot
Well on Thursday Laura and I went out to Harris Ranch for dinner. Well we just didn't go there we flew there. We had a really good time too. Went there in the day light and came home at night, Lots of fun. We didn't quite know when we were going to go but we decided to go that day and at that time. Both of us didnt know when either one of us would be able to get the time to go out there. I had a long day of flying to sacramento and back, and wasn't able to eat dinner so it was nice to be able to go have dinner at a restaurant I love with someone I love.
On the way back I let laura get us most of the way home.
She is actually a pretty good pilot. A few pointers on where to go but other than that she flew it from harris ranch to fresno. I just landed the plane.
I hope that she had fun! I know I did.
Earlier that day we went to Wild Water Adventure Park. It was a fun park but lame that 5 of the 20 rides were broken and I think they were the better of the rides but none the less we had a really great time up there. We played around in the wave pool and went down the water slides. Had a wonderful time together.

Hurray for the Mountain Life
Well what better way to celebrate mountain life than by just going there. Laura and I went to the mountains last week up by shaver lake to my 2nd family, the Millers. It was Chase's last week here in Fresno so I just had to go see him one last time. We had a great time, as the next few pictures will tell.

Swimming at the Millers is always a big event. Atleast from the months of October through June. The reason is usually that pool is a very cold pool. I just had to take the plunge so I had dad Miller eggin me on right next to me. "GO SCOTTO" He can really egg ya on pretty good. So good that I usually will end up doing it. Like every year I do the polar bear swim, Usually when the pool is under 40 degrees. Lots and Lots of fun. Gotta love the guy. Chase and I always do it.
Chase likes to help out with the eggin on as well so he kindly got the surfboard to a point where I could easily jump on to it.
And this is where I took the plunge :)
And dont worry I am still alive, just a little cold now!

This is a picture that Laura and I took while we were sitting by the pool at sunset. We had such a great time that day. It was a beautiful perfect temp day. It was even a little chilly that night.
Just perfect in my book.

last but not least the newly engaged couple. Chase and Alyssa. I will miss Chase very much. He is living in Mammoth now for the summer and then he is abandoning me, just like my
parents did (just kidding mom and padre), and then he really leaves and heads out to Canada for two years. He has promised me that he will keep in touch and I am sure we will and also that he will be back in two years back to bishop. And hopefully in two years I will be a proud owner of my own airplane and able to just cross the mountain range and into the bishop airport. That will be awesome. Hopefully get to see him at least every other month would be great. I plan on living close to him and his family for life. Atleast I hope too. Anyways Laura and I had a great night with the Millers. We always have a great time up there.
